Process Cutting
Filter Solutions has made significant investments in process cutting technology. With in-house capabilities of quickly and accurately cutting metals up to 10" thick and in 3 dimensions.
Filter Solutions offers a full range of water jet, high definition plasma and oxy/fuel cutting processes.
With the need for stream lined intricate 3 dimensional cutting for internal jobs, we quickly learned that there was a growing need for customer based cutting in both flat and 3 dimensions. We now offer these cutting processes for customers on a regular basis.

Water Jet
Filter Solutions has the ability to cut in 3 dimensions on almost any shape of material through any material type. This cutting process can hold tolerances down to .005" and cut thicknesses up to 8". Our setup boasts 2 ABB fully articulate robotic arms on a 9 foot by 28 foot table. CNC drafting services are available in-house to aid customers in achieving a completed accurate product.
High Definition Plasma
Filter Solutions high definition plasma cutting has a thickness capacity up to
1 3/4" on stainless steels and 2" maximum thickness on carbon steels. With an 8 1/2 foot x 25 foot table high def plasma can hold tolerances down to 0.030" at high cutting speeds. CNC drafting services are available in-house to aid customers in achieving a completed accurate product.
Oxygen Accetylene Cutting
Filter Solutions offers oxy/fuel cutting of carbon steels in thicknesses up to 10".
Our 8 1/2 foot x 25 foot table can hold tolerances down to 0.060" at more productive cutting speeds then water jet cutting. CNC drafting services are available in-house to aid customers in achieving a completed accurate product.
