Filter Vessels
Filter Solution specializes in filter vessel fabrication. With a full service product line, we can take you from application engineering to finish product shipped directly to your customer for installation.
We readily fabricate all sizes of bag housings, cartridge housings and strainers to meet ASME section VIII code specifications as well as T.S.S.A. regulations.
Elements
Filter Solutions Manufactures a full line of string wound cartridges in any material type and size. We supply any and all bag types and sizes as well as pleated stainless and poly type elements.
Skid Systems
As an organization specializing in pressure vessels we are able to engineer and fabricate all types of systems and packages. Specializing in drop and go skid systems for field applications.
Bag Housings and Cartridge Housings
As a leader in filter vessel fabrication we are able to fabricate any size, orientation and material of our filters to section VIII ASME specifications. With the ability to suite any application arrangement we offer multiple designs for bag housings and cartridge housings from 1-4 high and as many elements as needed for the application. We carry a wide range of stock vessels for immediate shipment from 20-1080 gpm in carbon steel and 316 stainless steel.
Strainers
Fabricated strainers can be engineered to suite any application in liquid filtration. Flow and pressure designs can be tailored to your specific needs as well as being fabricated to section VIII ASME specifications.
Wedge Wire
Filter Solutions fabricates a wide range of wedge wire products form under drain and collector assemblies to baskets and strainers. Wedge wire is offered in a wide range of sizes and slot openings, in many material including exotic alloys for application specific needs.
Magnetic Separators
Being at the forefront of this growing technology has driven us to be a leader in magnetic separation innovation. We can engineer magnetic particle separation to your specific application. We stock our very successful stick magnets ready to ship as an accessory for our bag housings.
Filter Solutions Inc is ASME B31.1 and B31.3 certified by the Technical Standards & Safety Authority of Ontario (TSSA) for shop assembly of pressure piping.Our company holds ASME, TSSA U & UM and National Board certification for the manufacturing of pressure vessels in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII Division 1.
