Bag Housings
Our bag housings are fabricated in flow rates starting at 20 GPM to whatever design flow is required by the specific application requirements. Fabricated in common and exotic alloys, such as carbon steel, 300 series stainless, titanium, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy alloys.
Filter vessels are commonly designed for sour or sweet service with many NDT (non-destructive testing) requirements. Such as 100% radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing and dye penetrant testing. All welding adheres strictly to T.S.S.A. standards and Section VIII of the ASME code.
Many bag housing models are stocked for expedited shipping to our customers. Bag housing accessories are available for application specific needs. Including magnetic particle separators, bags, internal and external replacement parts as well as other common
accessories like back flush retainers and balloons.

FS 20 and FS 40 Models
Our FS 20 and FS 40 models are designed for flow rates up to 40 GPM and are fabricated and stocked in carbon steel and 300 series stainless. Exotic alloys can be fabricated for specific applications. This over the top flow design is a standard in many applications.
FS 20 SE and FS 40 SE Models
Our FS 20 SE and FS 40 SE models are designed for flow rates up to 40 GPM and are fabricated and stocked in carbon steel and 300 series stainless. Exotic alloys can be fabricated for specific applications. The side entry design has more versatile nozzle arrangement options.
FS 90 and FS 180 Models
Our FS 90 and FS 180 models are fabricated with flanged and NPT fittings and are designed for flow rates up to 180 GPM. They are fabricated and stocked in carbon steel and 300 series stainless. Exotic alloys can be fabricated for specific applications. This over the top flow design is a standard in many applications.
FS 90 SE and FS 180 SE Models
Our FS 90 SE and FS 180 SE models are fabricated with flanged and NPT fittings. With flow rates up to 180 GPM they are fabricated and stocked in carbon steel and 300 series stainless. Exotic alloys can be fabricated for specific applications. The side entry design has more versatile nozzle arrangement options.
SED and DFS Models
Our SED and DFS duplexed models are designed for flow rates up to 360 GPM. These units give users higher flow rates in a more compact design. They are commonly fabricated in carbon steel and 300 series stainless. Exotic alloys can be fabricated for specific applications. These models can be fabricated with valve type options in manual or actuated operation for easy change overs or isolation applications.
Multi-Bag Models
Our standard FS 540 (3 bag) and FS 1080 (6 bag)models are designed for flow rates up to 1080
GPM and are fabricated and stocked in carbon steel and 300 series stainless. Multi bag filter units are commonly fabricated up to 24 bag models with flow rates up to 4320 GPM. Exotic alloys can be fabricated for specific applications. Nozzle arrangements and temperature/pressure ratings are engineered for specific applications.
